I'm warm, observant, direct, and reflective. I'll meet you with compassion and attention, and I'll also gently challenge the patterns that keep you stuck, because that's often where movement begins.

My counselling is grounded in Gestalt therapy, with couples work that is Gottman-informed. Alongside my clinical training, I bring a background in human resources, training and facilitation, organizational development, leadership and workforce development, labour relations, program design, and workplace learning. All of it shapes how I understand people, systems, and change.

I practice ethically, with cultural awareness and confidentiality at the centre of everything I do. This is an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming practice, and I welcome clients of all identities, orientations, and backgrounds.

I have been the client. I have been the partner. I have been the employee, and I have been the manager. So I don't come to this work with qualifications alone. I come with the heart, the experience, and the knowledge of having walked my own path. Yours is your own, and I would be glad to walk it with you.
