What this website collects: name, email, phone, and other details you choose to submit through the Contact and Organizations enquiry forms; no clinical, diagnostic, or health information is intended to be collected here.
Form submissions are currently sent to Ione's email and stored in the website platform's dashboard, and are not shared with third parties beyond what is needed to operate the site and respond to you.
That the Emotional Well-being Check-In and Start Your Clearpath collect no data of any kind. All logic runs locally in your browser, and nothing is saved, transmitted, or stored, including in analytics, logs, or URLs.
That clinical intake, records, and communication are handled separately and securely through TherapyNotes/TherapyPortal, not the public website.
As far as currently known, no advertising pixels or non-essential tracking cookies are active on this site; this will be re-verified once the site is live on its final hosting.
Standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) may be logged automatically by the hosting provider for security and performance; this is not used to identify visitors individually.
That personal information is never sold.
Payment information: PayPal and bank transfer are used for payment; each has its own separate privacy practices. Banking details are shared privately after booking and never published on the site.
